REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
State of North Carolina wishes to acquire by lease approximately 3,139 net square feet of office space in the Fayetteville area. Preference is a store front in a shopping center that has visibility from major roadways plus accessible to public transportation. Lease term will be one (1) year with up to four (4) one (1) year renewal options. Possession date of April 1, 2010, or as soon thereafter as possible.
