REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
State of North Carolina wishes to acquire by lease residential space for housing +/-250 college students in the Elizabeth City, NC area with preference given to locations within close proximity to the campus of Elizabeth City State University . The term of the lease shall be one academic year with a renewal option for one academic year. Possession will begin on August 1, 2010. Cut-off time for proposals is 4 :00 PM, March 17, 2010.
