State of North
Carolina wishes to acquire by lease approximately 57,763 net square feet of office space
in the Raleigh, NC area. Lease term will be five (5) to eight (8) years with two (2),
two (2) year renewal options. Possession date of April 1, 2012 or as soon thereafter as
possible. Cut-off time for
